First up, their Fangko Melaka Brew is straight-up fire. It's like your fave coffee got a glow-up with that sweet gula melaka goodness. The balance is just right - it's flavourful without being overly sweet.
Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah
Fangko’s signature menu, Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah, features fluffy coconut rice topped with a crispy fried chicken leg. The deep-fried anchovies and peanuts are perfect, offering an addictive salty crunch and a burst of umami that complements the richness of the dish. The chili is a flavour explosion, hitting you with fragrant and savoury notes before the heat kicks in.
Wet Indomee with Chimken
Another specialty from Fangko where you can choose the spice level from level 0-21. We went for level 1, but even that delivered a surprising kick – perfect for those who enjoy a spicy challenge. The springy indomee comes topped with generous amounts of chilli and fried chimken. The highlight of the dish is the chilli, which provided a vibrant combination of zesty and fragrant flavours. The chimken is perfectly tender and juicy. Finally, with the addition of crunchy greens, it is sure to delight your palate with every bite.
Lemon Pound Cake
This lemon pound cake achieves a perfect balance. It is fluffy and not too dry. The sweetness is subtle, allowing the zesty lemon flavour to shine through.
