Pinhole Coffee Bar truly shines with its diverse coffee lineup, showcasing a rotating selection of beans from Singapore's finest local roasters. The café takes pride in supporting the local coffee community while occasionally introducing international gems.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to sample their filter coffee featuring beans from Japan's renowned Onibus Coffee. The pour-over was expertly prepared, revealing delicate floral notes with a clean, bright acidity and a silky mouthfeel that lingered pleasantly.
I also tried a white featuring beans from Lazy Beans. The espresso blend provided a balanced flavour. The latte art was executed with precision, adding a visual touch to an already impressive beverage.
